Shipping Policies

1. Processing Time – Orders are usually processed within 1 business days before shipping.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs –
   • Standard shipping within the United States (5–7 business days), customers in Florida can expect to receive it sooner in 2-3 business days. 
   • At this time we do not offer Expedited or overnight shipping
   • At this time we do not offer International shipping. 
   • Tracking Information – Customers receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

Return & Refund Policies

1. Return Window – 14 days from the date of purchase
2. Condition for Returns –
   • Unopened and unused products only.
   • Refund Method – Refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received.
3. Return Shipping –
   • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
   • Restocking Fees – A 10% restocking fee will be charged
